Customize Form Display

To change the zoom, proceed as follows:

1. On the status bar, click the Zoom slider.
   
2. Slide to the percentage zoom setting that you want.

This change applies to all forms.

The colours used for the following items may be modified:

• The background colour for the form: by default Cantax FormMaster uses two colours: one colour for forms in client files, and a second colour for forms used to manage preparer profile templates.
• Input cells colour: by default, Cantax FormMaster displays the value in black and the background of the cell in white.
• Overridden cells colour: by default Cantax FormMaster displays the value in black and the background of the cell in white.
• Cells with possible override colour: by default, Cantax FormMaster displays the value in blue and the background of the cell in white.
• Carried forward cells colour: by default, Cantax FormMaster displays the value in black and the background of the cell in white.

To customize the colours of one or more of the above items, proceed as follows:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options and Settings.
2. Under Options, click Colours.
3. Click the tab for the form type (client file or template) with the colours you want to modify.
4. In the Item list, click the item to be modified.
5. In the Backgroundbox, click the colour that you want to use for the background.
   In the Text box, click the colour that you want to use to display text or cell values.
   Click Reset All to restore Cantax FormMaster's default colours.
6. Click OK.
